Description

The Last Twenty Yards

Abstract

The Timberline Ski Resort was a place of skiing. A place of fun and parties. A place of rolling down The Black Diamond. (Don't ask) Okay, you asked. Here's how the story goes...
One fine day, Tex was skiing and he had many successful runs. He could get a lot too, because as all of you know, Timberline has one of the fastest lifts in the country. As he was wrapping up the perfect day, he decided to go on The Black Diamond.
He was great up until the last twenty yards. As he was nearing the end, he spotted a small fox in the woods. While he was looking at it, he slipped on a patch of ice and fell down. And he just lay there, with his skis sticking out from the ground. His friend Bill took a photo, and that's the story of The Last Twenty Yards.
