My Secret Hideaway
Abstract
lt was a beautiful sunny 70 degree day in February. A gentle breeze and total
quiet at the lake. 50 foot cliffs and deep caves protruding from the water line for what
looks like miles.
The difference is night and day from summer. All this beauty is hidden when
they refill the lake.
Hiking around the lake edge and looking for cool rocks, lost treasures and picking
up trash while throwing a couple fishing lines in -with no luck fishing.
I am still so at peace here, looking around as we wander aimlessly after lunch on
the cliffs.
I realize no one is around, so it feels like my secret hideaway!
